SHIPPING POLICY


Order Processing: Orders for mobile phones and accessories are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Pure Mobile Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Return and Refund Policy
Time Frame for Returns
We accept returns on mobile phones and accessories within 14 days of the delivery date.
If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
Accessories: Must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all factory seals intact.
Mobile Phones: Must be returned in the exact condition they were shipped (e.g., new in box, or matching the specific pre-owned grading). The device must be factory reset, and all user accounts (such as iCloud or Google accounts) must be completely removed. Devices returned with active activation locks or user accounts cannot be processed for a refund.


Restocking Fees
Open-Box Phones: Mobile phones that have been opened and used, but are still in original pristine condition, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.


Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to user error, physical impacts, or liquid exposure after delivery. Clearance or final-sale items.


Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@puremobilesolutions.com to request a Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.


Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items like mobile phones. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow standard processing times for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
